Black Friday is here and we’re seeing some sweet deals on PS5 games and accessories – but PS5 consoles aren’t seeing a major Black Friday price cut. While the consoles have become steadily easier to get your hands on, they’ve still been in and out of stock since PS5’s release in 2020. Some retailers like Amazon are only selling consoles to customers who request an invitation to avoid a free-for-all rush.
If you’re hoping for some PS5 sales this year, keep a close eye on deals with popular retailers, and maybe give a few other sales events a look – like Cyber Monday, which follows Black Friday. Amazon also had a Prime Early Access Sale Oct. 11-12 for those looking to start their holiday shopping early, so if you missed out, other retailers may roll out their own early sales. We’ll be watching for updates ourselves throughout Cyber Week and will keep you apprised of what we find.

There are quite a few savings on PS5 games and accessories. PlayStation Plus memberships are also on sale, so if your membership needs renewal, you can save a few bucks with a discounted subscription.
There are deep discounts on games, with savings as big as 70% on the PlayStation website.
If you regularly play online, a headset is a must. Whether you’re looking to upgrade, replace, or purchase brand new, you’ll find a decent deal on a PS5-compatible headset.
Consoles are not on sale this year unless you purchase a bundle. If you’re looking to get one, be ready to move quickly, as they’ll probably go out of stock within the first few minutes.
